I knew nothing about hypnosis when a psychiatrist – an unquestioned authority at this time in my career – told me: “Hypnosis should never be used with a depressed person!”, and it never occurred to me that he might be wrong.

A few of my Instagram followers suggested I make a video talking about how I got started in hypnosis and what that initial process of learning hypnosis as a beginner was like for me. This was my first ever attempt at filming/editing a vlog so please go easy on me critics. 🙃
